“It was perfect. Niagra River and trail was across the street and easily accessible. We could hear the Falls from the house. We easily walked to the Niagra Falls State Park and the Falls from the Carriage House. The Carriage House is charming. It was clean. The price is great.”

“Cute little place with incredible views. Small 3 bedroom cottage has a private beach, nice lake views, and is set well back from the road to ensure privacy and quiet. All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do……

“We had no heat due to a broken furnace in December-the owner did bring a space heater, but that blew a fuse, not a relaxing time. We had a group of seven, so we could not find another place to stay short notice. We also found old coffee left in the coffee pot. The location itself was nice and the lake was beautiful!”

“The kitchen and washer/dryer room were fully stocked. The place was very clean. Located a short drive to Center Street, Artpark or the Niagara River. The bed sizes were listed incorrectly. It says 3 queen bedrooms. We found only 1 queen bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom. Although we were able to squeeze in, it was inconvenient. The listing says sleeps 6. I am not sure where the 6th person is supposed to sleep. May we also suggest having at least 6 seats in the living room as that……

“I stayed here while visiting family with my sister. Very clean and suited our needs well. The hot tub was a nice added bonus. The only thing I would suggest is more lighting in the living spaces as it is hard to read at night. Thank you!”

“Excellent! Being on a dead end street was a wonderful surprise! It was very quiet and peaceful. And it was so close to a little trail to a nice beach. Easy to get to Niagara Falls and Lewiston sites. We will do this again!!!”
