Enjoy the quiet life being just far enough outside of the city yet close enough to drive to nearby destinations. This Space is one of a kind!~ * we offer a booking to tour the alpaca and ranch!

The Space:
This Farmhouse is truly a "farm house" resting on 5 acres offers plenty of space to relax, rest, & rejuvenate. The home features a large pool and a sauna in one of the rooms! Plenty of sleeping area and space to have multiple families under one roof! Plenty of activities for the family from table tennis to foosball and boardgames! Guests will have access to an alpaca handler for a fee to tour and feed the alpaca.

**The beautiful home has been available for rental since April 2022. It is in the country on a working farm and is surrounded by nature. Please know that dust is likely to be in the area**

STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED as there is a friendly dog that also works and lives on the property.

The pool is operational but has no heating function.
The pool will be cleaned weekly and the water will be changed at regular intervals every day.
A security fence has been installed as an additional measure to ensure the safety of the children.

Guest Access:
The guests will have full access to the home. Smart lock accessibility.

***Please Note: HOT TUB IS NOT FUNCTIONAL***

The Neighborhood:
This home is located just outside the east end of Modesto. Close enough to drive to a store and only a few mins outside of town.
This is a country home and is also a working Alpaca farm. Please be aware that the home is a working farm and is surrounded by and part of nature when booking.

Getting Around:
The home has plenty of parking. You will need a car or the UBER app for getting around.

Other Things to Note:
This space is extremely unique we do require guests stay on marked areas. There is an alpaca handler that lives on farm. She is far enough away to not intrude or bother yet available if need be. *ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS*
