“To say the Pole House is iconic is obvious. We kept pinching ourselves that we were actually it’s guests. “Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“Impromptu trip away and I absolutely couldn't resist booking this accommodation (we booked the tent). All the thoughtful details, from oil for the BBQ, to the salt & pepper, to the super warm electric blankets on the beds (100% needed), comfort is number 1 priority. “Had a lovely time at the Farm Cottage. It's not only a pretty home, it's also been really thoughtfully kitted-out. It's always nice when a place has clearly been set up with liveability in mind. The kitchen was really well equipped. Any supplies we needed were available. Plenty of nice places to visit nearby. You won't find many better 2-bedroom stays around.”

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
