“The service at this hotel is on another level. Every single member of staff from housekeeping to the restaurant team went out of their way to make sure your needs are attended to. Special thank you to reception who allowed me to check in a few hours early and to Ajay and Alina in the restaurant who made ever breakfast and dinner amazing. The food here was superb too, the pool was amazing, I would recommend this place and suggest you do halfboard as the area around is close to the tourist area……

“The room is comfortable and clean but a little old. Breakfast is great and taste good. Location is good and Uber driver all know this 5 star hotel. The pool has music activity every day and till 10:00pm. So it is not suitable to have conference call in hotel and music is a little louder to do job in business. If you just go for fun, it's really a best choice hotel.”

“Good hotel in the city with easy access to the city centre. The house is comfortable and clean, good for business visitors. BUT, hotel staff need to be well trained, at the check-in and check-out it seems to take the reception guy ages to do the simple work. Specially when do the check-out he totally forget to do my check-out while I stand at the counter for almost 1 hour. IT IS the SAME guy!”

“I had a very large, very nicely furnished room. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Although I just have coffee and toast for breakfast, they provided a variety of hot dishes, cereal and fruits. There was plenty of hot water at all times. They provided a kettle and coffee/tea and bottled water daily which were most welcome. As mentioned previously, there is no top sheet on the bed but they were quick to provide same when I requested one. They arranged reasonably priced airport pickups and……
