“Overall, our stay in the hotel has been pretty fantastic. The room was bigger than we thought, the beds are comfy, the sofa was surprisingly snug. Despite the fact that the space of the bathtub was a bit problematic to use, it’s great that the hotel has provided sufficient soap to use. The double huge windows were fantastic to maintain airflow. The staff were helpful as well.”

“The flat is in a quiet living area and the owner is very nice. The room is cozy and clean. Room temperature is a bit difficult to adjust. Remember to contact the owner before arrival because there is no reception. There is parking space which needs extra pay and we need to find parking space in the vicinity area in the last day. “The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and……

“The apartment is lovely, very very clean and modern. Fresh linens and towels. Easy to navigate to via Google and Apple Maps. Check in and out had no problems. Pascal and his wife are so kind and attentive, they provided a brief tour when I arrived, a binder full of information about things to do in the city, and all text communications were answered very promptly and clearly. Gorgeous big windows, great view, excellent walking distance to the basilica and only a 15 minute drive to the city……
