“El checkin en la web de hoteles pone que es a las 14h, y cuando llegamos a las 14h al hotel, no solo el checkin resultaba ser a las 15h, sino que al ser autocheckin debían enviarte un código para abrir la puerta (habiéndose puesto en contacto contigo previamente), y eso no ocurrió. Nosotros llegamos y NADIE se puso en contacto con nosotros, tuvimos que ser nosotros quienes lo hicieran con llamadas a hoteles y a la dueña del hotel. “The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. ”

“A "special" on-line check in was required, because this is an apartment without a "front desk." This had to be done before a code and location for a key pickup was disclosed. I understand the process now, but the on-line check in is not easy and may not be possible on a hand held device with potentially questionable connectivity. I managed, and it all turned out, but the process should be disclosed during booking and not just a day before.”
