“Check in was bad and the welcome not good due to us booking on hotels.com and the manager did not know how to claim the free nights I had and booked for it. Then she tried to tell us we had to pay and later came to sort of apologize but just not a good reception Management is really bad at your property and the place is going backwards as no one sees to it that things get repaired in the cabins or that cleanlines is maintained.
