Wifi available, thought there were frequent disconnections. Very nice for a small family. The owner was responsive through sms and always helpful. “My family recently stayed 2 nights at this location. Our only complaint was we only had 2 nights. The house is a charming seaside house with an elevated position so the view was amazing. The outside area was well thought out with a great patio directly outside, well furnished area around the pool. The pool was a nice treat for my children and I to relax while enjoying the warm day. Further outside is more extended areas for dining and viewing the sea or sunset. The sunset was amazing both……

“Villa Terracotta was our homebase for a 10 day celebration of my 80th birthday. It was perfect. Spacious, cool, five bathrooms for five people. We had a wonderful time. Also, as a bird watcher, I really enjoyed the vegetation on the property and the undeveloped surroundings, which brought in many species of native birds. It was very close to Delphi, and we enjoyed many trips down to the beach at Itea. We also made it up to Mount Parnassus. I would come again in an instant.”
