“This was our fifth year of staying on Isle of Palms and renting a house on Ocean Blvd. This house was perfect and fit our group's needs so well. We have a family sailboat racing program, and we bring all the little children, wives and girlfriends along for this regatta. The view was perfect. Beach access the best! The unit itself (202) exceeded my expectations. “What a fun way to spend our time in Charleston! Yacht is docked permanently in a gated marina with easy but safe access. Unobstructed views of the Ashley River drinking coffee in the mornings and watching dolphins play at sunset while rocking in huge rocking chairs on the main deck. Inside was spacious, plenty of extra linens, single cup Kuerig, fridge and freezer, pull out sofa, and convertible kitchen booth/bed. Bathrooms were great, large master with full size tub/shower. “Everything about the stay was easy from check-in to leaving. The living space was great for out group of 8 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of space in the dining room and the kitchen was well appointed with just about every type of equipment we needed for our meals. The master on the 2nd floor was great and spacious. We loved all of the "toys" available in the garage for use in the pool and at the beach.The one and only drawback - if it could be called that - is that there was only one bathroom on……
