This is by far the most horrible experience I’ve had lodging in a hotel, I couldn’t believe this was Canada! Brought my kid for a tournament in Moncton and couldn’t drive back, decided to stay for the night, terrible idea! First off, they demanded a $200 deposit, which even though questionable wasn’t a problem for me. On getting to the rooms, smelt horrible like an old house with soaked walls issue which probably was the case, beds sheets were filled with animal hairs, called for new sets of sheets which they were kind enough to provide, but the sheets were old as hell! the beds themselves, let’s just say I couldn’t wait for morning to come! Furniture in the rooms were ancient and ugly , couldn’t imagine the weird looking duvet touching my skin so had to sleep very cold (wall unit AC had a note not to touch!) only plus though is the water pressure in the shower but the shower curtains were the dirtiest I’ve ever set my eyes on! I’m having ptsd remembering all these details, yet to forgive myself for putting my family and I through that horror, never again!!! P/S - We were told on checking in that breakfast runs from 7 - 10am, my daughter got there at 9am and everything was completely gone, including basics like milk, sugar etc! she asked the receptionist if there’ll be a refill and she simply said ‘it’s all gone and there’s nothing I can do about it’ haha, I was gobsmacked!

I liked that the indoor pool was salt water The breakfast was disappointing. The milk for cereal was warm. The food they had was in limited supply. They had only cereal, toast, and yogurt.

Didn't respond to my message about checking in after 5pm, couldn't find my reservation when i arrived, broken railings made me nearly fall down the stairs, tv didnt work, and my daughter purchased a small bottle of pop for just under $3 that was flat (expiry date of 15 months prior). We couldnt eat the breakfast because it wasnt gluten free so i wanted a coffee to go but food and beverages need to be consimed in the restaurant. Staff were nice but it wasn't an enjoyable experience.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a motel. I had to wait an hour to check in due to networking issues, which was I understanding about . They then charged me for my room and damage deposit , and by time I got back to my room, I was charged for the room a second time. They said that they didn’t do it . I got to my room, and was greeted by a mouldy, unkempt room. I used the washroom and the toilet didn’t flush; it had been repaired with a shoestring and a thumbtack . The shower curtain had about 4 inches of black mold on the bottom. The outlet covers were broken The curtain had blood on it . The walls were missing paint, the sheets were stained, the walls had goop of some kind on them. I checked for bedbugs every hour or so I was in the room because of how disgusting it was. I had to wear shoes because the floor was sticky with residue all over it in spots. I am shocked this place is allowed to continue doing business; how is this even legal? Why would Expedia allow this motel on their site? This turned my much needed vacation into a nightmare. I wish I had taken more photos but I was so embarassed and disgusted after the first few I was just in shock. On checkout I disputed the charges again and was told that I never even booked through Expedia and they had no idea what I was talking about . 0 stars. Avoid this place like the plague .

For $135 tax in expect poor conditions. When the average hotel price in moncton is $ 180 before taxes remember you selected the location. Look at all the reviews of loacations across canada. You are the one who deserves a star. Not the location you selected. We stayed here. Hey i had a great sleep. Supet hot shower and a bowl of fruit loops for the free continental breakfast. Property owner walk around for yourself and see what you can improve. Like removing the 18 mattresses i parked by. Clean up the cigarette butts and condom wrappers for starters

this was the worse experience I've ever had. the pool was to dirty to let my kids in it. there was even smoke butt's on the pool areas. the smell of sewer hits you when you open the pool door. my child had a bath, when he got out and walked across the floor his feet turned black. the door knob was broken, the main door had the peices all broken. the ice machine had black stuff all over the ice that was coming out. the tv didn't work. the list just goes on. my son watched the lady since the dishes without using the soap in the kitchen. a motel from hell. and when I asked the supervisor why it was in that condition.He told me that there's too many people going in and out that he's too busy to clean. I wish there was a spot.Upload the pictures.

Booked this hotel after a concert, knowing it’s poorly managed after reading the reviews, my main concern was the room key we were given was universal to all rooms. I accidentally walked into the wrong room while they were sleeping. Another room guest allowed us to check on their door lock at it let us enter as well. We felt very unsafe and unsettled then after seeing our actual the room for the first time disgustingly dirty, we let the front desk know and got in our car and left immediately. They did not provide any type of reimbursement however Expedia helped me out.

Rooms are "clean" if you don't look too hard. Dust everywhere. Railings outside and inside are lose , hallways have an odor, and not clean. Garbage cans are from the dollarama. Pool is not clean. Overall not generally clean or good looking. Repairs have to be done for sure. Windows probably have never been cleaned. Curtains inside room were dirty. Air conditioner was held in with tape.
