“Modern, comfortable double room perfect for our stay in St Andrews to attend a wedding nearby. Much nicer than other well known budget hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Room was spotless and bed comfy. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The location worked for us but it is on the edge of St Andrews and would be a good walk or taxi ride into the centre. If this doesn’t put you off then I’d definitely recommend staying here. As other reviews have said there are other flats being……

“Great location near coffee and wonderful restaurants (The Saint just one block away) and and beside a gorgeous little chapel. Easy walk to golf but without being in all the crowds. Also, extremely comfortable. Only suggestion is more instructional info for finding things, using laundry machine, and how to leave things at check out. ”

“Fabulous stay at this cottage in picturesque scenery! Great and comfortable place with stunning views from the conservatory. Ideal spot for visits to St Andrews and the Fife region. Very kind hosts who supplied us with eggs, milk, cheese, bread, and even short bread. Definitely a recommendation!”

“A wonderful stay with all we needed; a very comfortable bed, great shower, high quality bedding and towels. Loved the reading material that gave great insight to the area, very informative. Plenty of outside areas to sit and enjoy the sun or cozy up inside to stay out of the rain. Great biscuits ! Warm and welcoming we felt right at home.”

“Lovely cottage and great location. Well stocked and appreciated the wine and Maltesers on arrival. The only negative I would give is the bathroom. It could do with upgrading and I was worried the toilet would stop working but it didn't. ”

“This property is 5 star!! Each bedroom had its own bath, the outdoor garden area has a ton of seating and is ready for bon fires and all outdoor cooking amenities. The hot tub, sauna, steam room were great, easy to use and very clean. The host is a fantastic communicator”

“St Andrews has been a favourite of ours since we first visited in 2002. This year has been our 5th visit. We werefortunate enough to book early so we could get a reservation at Martyn's lovely home.The location in the middle of Market street is perfect, just off the street so it is very quiet. The extra bonus is the parking space.
