“I can’t say enough positive things about Gail and Pauls property! The location was perfect! We were able to walk to Placencia Village to the vast assortment of restaurants, shops and the beautiful beach. When we were heading out on various excursions (which Gail and Paul booked for us) we were able to walk across the street to their dock and get picked up either by boat or van. “Our stay was comfortable, with a good distance of walking to Lobster fest. Our room was pretty clean, provided all the amenities mentioned, and even soap and towels. There were some leftover, used things of soap that were still in the shower area from visitors past. It was hard to find our place at first, and even as I was sitting in my hammock one of the days, some visitors had to ask me to help them find their building. But overall, once we got settled it was a great spot to stay at.”

“The design of the studio is quite unique and it took some time to adjust and appreciate the architectural uniqueness of the design. It makes one feel as if they may be in a submarine under the ocean and has a beautiful view of the lagoon. The shower was a great size, with plenty of hot water, but the window was also in need of repair. The picture in the advertisement of the view is actual. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. “The condo was exactly as the photos show! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well organized and easy to navigate. “This condo was a perfect start to our vacation. We were going to be getting on a catamaran to sail for a week and this property was very near the rental place, The Moorings.
