“This studio was much bigger than the pictures made it look. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us. We pulled the trundle over to the other side of the fireplace so my son could have his own nook. I will say the pull out couch was pretty bad but it was fine once we put the mattress on the floor. Kitchen had everything including coffee and filters, and lots of storage there and in the bathroom. And a mud room with hooks galore and a ski rack to stash all your gear! “You stay for the incredible 180 million dollar view of the lake, the trees, the snowcapped mountains (at the end of June), a variety of birds (including an eagle), critters, and even a young buck...plus the starry night (the Milky Way was directly ahead of us!). Bring binoculars and a telescope if you have one! There are so many ways to enjoy the Sierras and we've done many, from a tent trailer to a cabover camper, a motorhome, and renting a 5th wheel. We splurged on this experience for my 50th……

“Charming and clean unit with lots of thoughtful touches and comforts of a real home. Cozy blankets, puzzles, toys for kids, smart tv with streaming channels, kitchen supplies, etc. Unit has a nice balcony with a view (and grill that we didn't use but appreciate was there) and a convenient mudroom at the entrance. Check in was a breeze and property manager was very welcoming. Great location: just behind June Pie and Balanced Rock Grill (both delicious). Will definitely be back when we can! ”

“Great little property right next to a creek. Heater didn’t really work, but had a wood burning stove. Parking at #8 was challenging on the ice with a full size truck. Other than that, everything was great.”
