“The staff at this property is uniquely friendly and accommodating. I was there on one of their busiest weekends and could not have been more impressed with how well run the place is. I don't compliment many places, but this hotel and its management and staff deserve a lot of praise. It will be my go-to property when I return to Madison and gave me a very favorable impresssion of Embassy Suites.”

“The location is incredibly convenient, close to Hilldale Shopping Center and just a short drive from downtown Madison. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, with a separate sitting area that made it feel more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room.”

“A wonderfully, unique place within walking distance of entertainment and food. Our room had a lake view and was very clean. We enjoyed some time on the rooftop balcony and walked the lakeside trail. Definitely could’ve stayed comfortably for longer!”

“The stay was excellent except at breakfast. The food at breakfast was also excellent, but the staff taking care of the breakfast bar was so raucous from the back area, laughing and yelling, that I couldn't hear the television in the eating area. Guests at orher tables seemed to be talking to each other, but I couldn't hear them either. At least one of the loud people was not in vack, but hanging out by the dood. He didn't seem to be a guest, nor staff. It was an overall good experience at……
