“這家旅館座落在絕佳的多瑙河畔，河景房窗台可以觀賞對岸國會大廈日夜美景，讓人難以忘懷。早餐豐盛、美味。以觀光旅客而言這是兩大美好享受。 但是，深色昏暗的接待大廳、拘謹的接待人員，讓人入住時缺乏溫馨親切感。房間設計平庸遜色，設施老舊：金屬床架滋滋作響、枕頭棉被品質不佳、空調噪音大且溫空不穩、浴室熱水水壓不足、擋水玻璃不擋水（擋水條剝落）、地磚地毯磨損污漬，許多缺失都讓人住宿、睡眠經驗很差。 這旅館先天條件極佳，但是迫切需要專業人員管理，以及設計特色與設備改善。”

“My wife and I have just returned from a 4 day/3 night stay at the Oktogon Haggenmacher to celebrate our wedding anniversary. First of all the hotel is visually stunning, the rooms are clean and well appointed too. We opted for a top floor double superior room with breakfast included. The breakfast itself was delicious with a wide selection of food available. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Danube and surrounding attractions, I would suggest buying a city card as this……

“The unique hotel design at Aria Hotel immediately caught my eye whilst checking-in. We stayed in the King bed room with courtyard view and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff truly made my stay special. Their hospitality was exceptional, always ready to assist and make me feel at home. I can't thank them enough for their kindness! The delicious breakfast was the icing on the cake, offering a great variety of tasty options to start the day. ”

“Outstanding experience! No need to appraise the service and the nice looking hotel. One special thanks to restaurant, all staff are extremely helpful and kind. We love them. Since no need to say how wonderful it is (as everybody knows), I will share improvement note. One problem we were facing - the bathroom door can’t close fully. I reported in the morning but we were back to hotel around 4pm, still as per. They fix it after my second call. We felt their sincerity by receiving a handwritten……
