“Check-in was contactless and easy, parking was plentiful on property, and house was clean/well stocked with games and kitchen equipment. Located close to many beautiful hikes and fun towns. Only negatives included the host’s requirement of a refundable security deposit, as well as supplemental insurance through VRBO, and the host’s requirement of laundering all towels prior to departure to avoid an additional 25 charge. Overall nice property and communicative hosts!”

“Check-in was easy. The cabin is so welcoming, bright and filled with everything a family needs on a trip. We cooked, relaxed outside near firepit. Watched fireflies dance and looked up at the stars. “The property was perfect for our 3 week stay! The bed was extremely comfortable ( we are picky) and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I wouldn't recommend for small children, due to the stairs , but our 5 and 6 year old children were quite content and loved the dock for fishing. There's a beach just down the road that y'all can walk to, and lots of dirt roads and trails for hiking and walking. ATVs can be rented from Berlin NH. Mooselook Diner has the best breakfast……

“The house is as advertised. It was nice to sit in the hot tub at night and listening to the owls. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.While both TVs seemed to have surround sound systems or speakers, we could not figure out how to engage them (and these kinds of things are not new to us). I would recommend that someone write up some directions and leave in each room - it would have been nice to enjoy those features, especially in the big 'theater room' downstairs. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike……
