“A cozy spot to watch the snow come down!”

“We had a mixed experience during our stay at Leah's property. On the positive side, Leah was an incredibly friendly and communicative host. She was quick to respond to any questions, and the location was absolutely fantastic—very convenient and close to everything.However, upon arrival, we noticed the unit wasn’t as clean as we expected. There were stains on the rug, dust on the furniture, crumbs on the coffee table, and a dirty stovetop. The dishes appeared to have been used but weren’t……

“Our group needed two things: lots of room for people to sleep and somewhere peaceful to relax and we got that all and more! The house is beautiful and the surrounding property is right out of a fairy tale. Nate is great to work with and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The house is wild and fun- some spot you gotta watch your head! It’s cozy though and great for inspiration and relaxing. If you don’t want to hear the rest of the group, this isn’t the house for you… sound carries! But……

“We had a group of thirty-four people for a family vacation and had a blast. The host and the housekeeper were tremendously responsive to any small issues we had over the first few days. The kitchen was well stocked but could use more mugs for coffee/tea and additional forks for larger groups and the tea bags were past the best before date and should be replaced. Twelve bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was great. The pool, hot tubs, ping pong table, pool table, tennis court, and fire pit……

“Beautiful rural location next to the Green River. A peaceful relaxing place to stay. We would love to stay here again ”

“We just spent Friday and Saturday at this lovely renovated old Mill. There were 5 of us adults over 70. The accommodations were perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It would be an easy place to stay a week. Probably the best equipped home I’ve ever stayed in. There is a lovely enclosed porch next to a babbling creek. The yard is spacious. We ultimately realized that the pool that is mentioned is not on property but across the road at a recreation center. Amanda and Timothy were very responsive.”

“This is a great house with plenty of comfortable spaces in which to sleep and relax. Host Kendra was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and reachable before during and after our stay. Any question we had was responded to within minutes. The house is very clean and equipped with any and everything you might need during your stay from kitchenware to stationary to a Gasx for an upset stomach. I recommend this house with no Hesitations! ”
