“This studio was PERFECT for my stay while in Indianapolis! The tenants made sure I was comfortable and accommodated all my needs along the way. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay. Thank you so much to the owners for providing the perfect spot I was looking for.”

“This place is not in a good neighborhood. There is a gas station right down the street that has bulletproof glass in front of the register. The complex is very old. The beds are really nice, however this is the only positive there is. There is only baseboard heat and when it is cold outside it is still cold inside. The ceiling between the bottom and upstairs unit leaks when someone took a shower up stairs. This was not a good experience for our group. We will not to coming back to this location.”

“In all fairness the property was improperly photographed. There was no screens in the windows in one of the bedrooms. That would be something I personally believe the property owner would see and be an immediate fix. Lack of communication on both ends. The batteries were out of the smoke detectors? Immediate safety hazard. Let alone, no clear instructions on check in and check out. There’s a lot that could have been improved. Hopefully for the next guests this will be addressed and taken care……

“Very cute little property, and great location. It was fairly clean, but it looked like it hadnt been touched in a while. We had experienced some minor issues, like finding random hairs in the bedding. Not hearing back from the host after reaching out with a question the first night of the stay. Overall a good place for the price.”
