“The property is very well maintained and extremely clean. I booked my stay through Expedia. Air-conditioning is listed as a popular amenity. It is also listed under comfort in the Property Amenities. When booking there are only three choices for rooms. When reviewing each of these choices air-conditioning is listed. When I arrived there was only a floor fan. When I asked about the lack of air-conditioning I was told that the room I selected did not have air-conditioning. As the temperatures……

“An absolute gem! This luxurious villa exceeded all our expectations.The grand 25-meter swimming pool and beautiful poolside bar were perfect for relaxing, and the gym was top-notch. Ideally located near Nazaré and the ocean, with cafes and supermarkets just a minute away. Quiet and serene—pure perfection!”

“We had a great stay and the communication with Pedro was fantastic. He provided lots of tips for the area which made everything easier. The house is big and the kitchen is well equipped… it’s basically your home from home. .our daughter enjoyed the little pool and the room with the three beds was perfect for us :) We would stay again if we come back to the area in future. ”

“It was a lovely, clean house with everything one could need. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Outside of the city, so you will definitely need a car. But Caldas da Rainha and Óbidos are a conveniently nearby. It also has a spacious, well fenced yard that kept my escape artist dog safe. I highly recommend it.”
