Chic Coastal Cottage In Hither Hills, Montauk. Private Ocean Access

Newly renovated. Featuring four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - including a large and soothing master en-suite, two large decks, out-door shower, central AC and private beach rights. The open floor plan is sunny and bright with cool ocean breezes, and underscores the casual and relaxing feel of the house. Glass windows and sliding doors invite you out to one of the two large decks making this an ideal home for outdoor living and entertaining. The outdoor grill is directly fed with propane gas via a dedicated line.

Beautiful Hither-Hills beach is just a few minutes walk away, and less if you take your bike or car to one of the Beach's private parking area. Conveniently located with both the town's dining and entertainment offerings as well as an exclusive spa facility just a few minutes drive away. Your idyllic summer awaits you in this charming home.

My families stay at this home could not have went better. The host accommodated my request of early arrival AND the house was cleaned spotless. The location and access to the coveted private hither hills beaches was A++. Beds were so comfortable, and the space was great for 7 adults. We hope to return in summers to come!! Wonderful Stay!

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach. It has so many extra amenities for a great stay (indoor/outdoor space, soaking tub, outdoor shower, wood burning fireplace). We had the best time!

Gorgeous house that’s great for groups!

Everything about staying here was simple and seamless! Plenty of room for our group of 4 couples - loved that the entire inside of the house is brand new and clean. Lovely deck and quiet neighborhood. Easy bike ride to the beach or town, or a fast drive. Owner was communicative and super responsive! Would definitely go back.
