“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Casa Wales was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, well equipped house, lovely pool area and gardens with lots a space for family games or a quiet spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. Nearby Sarnano became a family favourite outing for our evening aperitivi and gelati, and an early morning cycle ride from there to Sassotetto in the mountains were some of the highlights. “Dit is een heerlijke vakantie plek. Lekker groot zwembad heel veel rust Prachtige omgeving. Hugh de eigenaar is super vriendelijk en helpt je als het nodig is. Helemaal voor kinderen een leuke locatie doordat op het terrein al veel speelgoed voor binnen en buiten is. Met 15 minuten ben je bij het strand. Het appartement is groter dan je denkt. We hebben er lekker kunnen verblijven. Ik raad het van harte aan ”

“Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabrizio. La maison possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de vacances sereines. La villa est située au milieu d'un panorama magnifique. La vue sur le Mont Sibillini est superbe. L'emplacement de la piscine est top, tout le monde en a bien profité !!Fabrizio est un hôte exceptionnel, il est généreux et plein de bons conseils. Nous gardons d'excellents souvenirs de notre séjour!”

“We stayed at the other property at Mon Domini, though we originally booked the cottage. There was a mix up and Livia upgraded us. The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. The purpose of our visit was genealogy in Cupra Marittima and this was just a few minutes' drive down the beach. We cooked dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen each night and enjoyed the view. The winding drive was easy……

“Initially we were disappointed by the property, which is very simple and basic, especially the way it is furnished - a pity really as the main room is large and would be transformed with a couple of decent sofas. But the bathroom and kitchen are modern and good quality, and it was adequately equipped for cooking, and the washing machine was useful. The main issue is the proximity to the road, which is above the terrace area and has noisy traffic. But the bedroom at the back of the property was……
