He met us at the house and did a very good job showing us the property and giving instructions on a few things. He also gave us dining and touring recommendations that all turned out to be great. “Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April. The flowers planted in the courtyard are beautiful. Please be aware that you must be able to walk up steep hills to get to this property.
