“Tub drain was a bit worn. Otherwise great value for a family of 5. Enjoyed this much more than our hotel stays. The kids could run around (supervised) and made some friends. Great layout in the cabin stocked kitchen so you could actually cook and an apartment sized fridge. It was a home away from home ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was equipped with everything we needed, very spacious, clean and peaceful. We loved watching the stunning sunrise views over the mountains from the deck, stargazing from the swings, and exploring Great Sand Dunes NP, which was conveniently close by (less than 30 min drive). Kristen was very welcoming and responsive. Thanks for an awesome stay; we’d definitely come back!”

“Great stay. Well appointed and the parking was awesome. Having the garage available was something we never get in vacation rentals. Would definitely stay again.”

It's well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. 12 of us stayed there very comfortably. The river access was such a great feature. We enjoyed our stay so much.”

“We had a great time, the house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Also loved the views from the main living area! We had some problems with the big space heater near the bathroom (the flame wouldn't stay on) but after we got a fire in the living room, we didn't need it anymore. It's very close to Wolf Creek too, which was the main reason we came. We'll come back!”
