“Overall, it was great experience, however, the property needs a few touch ups and Toby resort restaurant’s customer service could be more attentive. When I first arrived, they told me they didn’t see my Most of the time, I went to the restaurant I have to get the attention of the staff just to make an order and some couldn’t remember my order. “We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There……

“Value for price paid. The location was convenient for our business trip and for dining options.The room had sufficient amenities. Having a larger table and bedside mats would be appreciated. The bathroom facilities were in good working condition and quite easy to maneuver. Will consider future stays.”
