I stay at Deja every year, it’s Not fancy, it has limited food options,definitely need a few upgrades but the rooms are clean with good air conditioning but still worth every penny for great customer service & convenience

This property is smaller than the pictures. Right across the street from Doctors Cove which is free as the resort will give you day passes but have to pay for chairs and umbrellas. Does not offer free transportation to the airport or any snorkel gear or paddle boards etc. Rooms are big, spacious, and clean and staff is friendly. Dining area is small and so is the pool area.

Proximity to the airport and Doctors Cave Beach and airport . Accommodations were ok but staff was excellent (Donovan Loretta and Chrystal) were great.

I thought the location near the airport, and Doctor's cave was great. The buffet was very good and Jamaican authentic which was also great. I liked the hotel set up and the people working there were ok when it came to friendliness. They surely didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcome which was surprising. They ran out of towels several times during our stay and didn't seem to have a solution for it nor cared for it. The evening activities were very limited and the pool bar closing at 5:30 pm was a bit strange. I would stay again at Deja Resort hoping that some of those issues would be addressed. Jamaica was awesome by the way!

Pool and hot tub open 24/7, food great, staff top tier!!! More activities would be great, although they do have some. Walking distance to hip strip clubs, its a real chill family vibe!! Bar close at 2am!!! AND dont forget, its ALL INCLUSIVE!!!!!

The location of the hotel was a plus. The food was excellent. The staff was great. The property and there rooms needs a major upgrade. Little disappointed of the conditons of the rooms. I had to change my room because the first room i was in the painting was peeling, furniture old and stained, the bathroom was disgusting. I think this hotel would been excellent hotel if they do some major renovations. Also want add the staff and entertainment was excellent.

Facility is outdated. Public areas not airconditioned. Hot tub and Waterfall at pool not working. Patio door did not safely lock and its door trim was broken, Did not have body wash, shampoo or a second towel the first day. Food was good but not great. Had to wait to be seated and the dining area was too small. Service and staff wonderful! Was not on the beach as was claimed. Had to cross a busy street with securities assistance. Nearby shopping was nice. Won't return.:>(

No beach. You get free access to the beach which its across the street; where you get harnessed by panhandlers or people offering services. On top of that, you dont get beach chairs or any drinks! There is no bar so you have to buy your drinks or keep crossing the street back and forth. Aside from that i had other issues, for the price i paid NOT worth it. Pool is very small, staff is not friendly and food is limited; oh and the dinning service! Horrible, got seated without any utensils, waited over 20mins for a cup of coffee and again, not even one smile out these people. Overall bad experience, from the greeting staff to pool, beach, drinks and food

1st impression was like not what I expected for an all inclusive but it was a hidden little treasure, we enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly, drinks were great not watered down like the bigger resorts. While the food was tasty we were there for 7 days kept on repeating the same foods. The free pass to the doctors cave beach was a plus, enjoyed the beach!! If you are looking for a convenient spot and a more affordable place to stay in Montego Bay …

After reading reviews I was a bit hesitant to book but gave it a try for the great value. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was plentiful and delicious. I liked that there was also a snack bar, coffee & ice cream bar…& two bars with good vibes. The staff was amazing all through the resort! It is on the cheaper end for all inclusive so if you keep that in mind it’s well worth the money. Access to Doctors Cave beach a bonus and beautiful, although you did have to pay for chairs and umbrellas but access was free. For what I paid this property gets 5 star all round!
