Beautiful, cosy cottage "Ornella", 2 storeys, from the 19th century, renovated. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Montegrosso d'Asti, in a sunny position on top of a hill. Private: natural state property 500 m2, garden with wildlife garden and trees, meadow. Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station 13 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 13 km, Alba 27 km, Turin 74 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room semi-detached house 150 m2. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room. Exit to the terrace.
