“Zu allererst ein großes Dankeschön an Barbara, Massimo und Alice. Wir haben vom 20.07.-31.07.2025 gebucht.Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten schon ab 9Uhr morgens einchecken. Für uns perfekt, so konnten wir bereits den Abend am Vortag losfahren und waren somit in der Nacht am Brenner und konnten ohne Stau passieren. Wir waren dann gegen 11uhr angekommen und wurden bereits persönlich erwartet. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt ( auf Englisch). Danach hatte uns Barbara alle möglichen……

“Marco‘s property or second to none! The wonderful Dr. up the laneway to the roundabout in front of the most stunning house. The wonderful porch. Leads into the house to magnificent living area. The four bedrooms upstairs or ideally located in the house was always a wonderful temperature with great air conditioning available when needed! The outside grounds and of course the pool are stunning. The staff to help look after the house could not have been better. They made sure the pool was ready……

“We had a wonderful time staying at Alfonso’s beautiful villa. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The pool was superb with a lovely seating area all day and evening. The football pitch/tennis area was brilliant and gave us many hours of enjoyment. Within easy walking distance to the town and its bars and restaurants and plenty of areas to explore for long runs!The location was superb and we took advantage of the main line train station 20 minutes drive away which took us in to Rome……

“"We spent one week in mid-October at Villa Stauder. We have visited many holiday apartments and houses around the world, but Villa Stauder ranks at the top of our favorite places. The facilities were exemplary, and the cleanliness couldn’t have been better. The view from the terrace to the sea, surrounded by 220 olive trees in a paradise-like garden, made the accommodation truly special. We love tranquility, and we found it there. We would never have thought that the city of Rome would lose……

“Wir waren 2 Wochen mit Kindern und Grosskindern in diesem Haus mit herrlichem Umschwung. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 18 Personen. Es ist wunderbar mit Gegenständen aus der Bauzeit (über 100 Jahre) eingerichtet, die Küchengeräte (auch genügend Geschirr und Besteck) und die Betten sind aber aus der Neuzeit. Das Ganze hätte eine Renovation nötig, ist aber funktionstüchtig. Der Park mit den alten grossen Bäumen ist herrlich und kühlt. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr gross, es hat auch genügend……

“Had a lovely time in Le Camere Pinte apartment. Located in the beautiful hilltop town of Sermoneta with its castle, lovely cobbles streets and great views. A good number of restaurants locally provided you are happy with going up stairs. We found however that there is quite alot of overlap in the menu choices between the different resultants and many of them were closed on Mondays and Tuesday.
