"Reception little bit rude, have to improve customer service and smiles are lacking. Should learn more how to smile with all customers would be good. Room air conditioning not enough. Not enough water pressure in shower room."

"Nieuw hotel. Kamer wordt dagelijks opgeruimd. Helaas is het zwembad niet het hele jaar door geopend, seizoensafhankelijk. In mei nog gesloten. Personeel bij het inchecken is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De tram van het vliegveld naar het stadscentrum stopt voor het hotel. Slechts 2 tramhaltes naar ..."
