“The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors……

“The images and features of the apartment I booked on-line was completely different than what I received! A bit upsetting as no wi-fi code provided, no AC, and communications with host were challenging. Would I stay here again? No. The photographs I will include the bright blue place I booked and less impressive place they gave me, after trying to put me into a 1-bedroom when I booked a 2-bedroom…”

“This apt. seems to be a rip-off arrangement. Just 16h before the check-in could I reach tha landlady. We agreed the handover of the keys at another address thatn stated - and 30min before this agreed handover the landlady cancelled the booking. I have not seen a refund, yet. Don't book this propoerty!”
