“Great little bed and breakfast feel, with a lovely view from the terrace. The breakfast voucher is for a great little cafe right nearby and we really enjoyed that added touch. We had the 'green' room and didn't really need the 2nd space with the 2 smaller beds, but it was nice to have so much space, including the kitchen and sitting areas. Very clear instructions on how to find them, especially parking! The video was very helpful ”

“Stayed for 2 days in May. Lovely place with friendly staff. Mickelo was very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed having breakfast with guests. The hotel restaurant is very good and just below the hotel. Rooms are huge and unique with beautiful art work on the walls and gorgeous ceilings. Right in the heart of town. You fall asleep to the sounds of bells. Would recommend for those that want a city experience.”

“Great little apartment right next to an entrance to the old town. Everything you want to see and eat is within a few minutes walking. The view from the apartment is stunning and Montepulciano is the perfect Tuscan town, and easy driving to all the highlights of the area.”

“We had a wonderful time in Erika’s spacious home. The location is perfect as are the views. This is a rustic house with all that you will need. Montepulciano is the most friendly, comfortable town you could want and everything is within walking distance. ”

“Amazing place, right in the heart of town. Host was always responsive and gave us great tips on restaurants and local wines! There are stairs between rooms, so if handicapped, this could be a challenge. Would absolutely recommend this place!”

“Gemäß der Anzeige und den schönen Fotos im Netz hatten wir einen super Plan – „unser Ferienhaus“ in Umbrien - eine Woche Umbrien erkunden, eine Woche am Pool genießen und eine Woche arbeiten…tja, dieser Plan ist eklatant gescheitert. Es wird kein Ferienhaus vermietet sondern ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss in einem bewohnten Haus mit einer älteren Frau, die nur italienisch spricht samt Hund und mind. vier Katzen sowie ständigen Besuchern; wir waren nie alleine und es war ständig laut. “Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem Haus. Viel Platz, tolle Lage und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Leider war der Pool im April noch nicht bereit. Es hatte sehr viele fliegende Käfer und Ameisen im Haus. Ansonsten war es sauber. ”

“Fabrizio's place is just gorgeous. When we arrived, he gave us a detailed tour of the gardens and house, both of which are beautiful and have all conveniences. We enjoyed walking to the small and lovely town of Farnatella, and driving a few minutes to the gorgeous Lucignano. While he and his wife do live in the downstairs of the house, they have a separate entrance and were respectful of our privacy while we were there. I hope to return for a longer stay!”

"Hotel is along the road, very convenient to find parking and the address. The rooms are a bit old, but the view is stunning with a panorama of the entire Tuscan countryside.
