The rooms are super small and dark outside in the hallway was dirty no swimming pool as advertised very noisy seriously no insulation at all our stay was very disappointing I don’t recommend it at all.

Do not stay here. Worse than Motel 6. Dirty room, only two towels and one hand towel given for a three-day stay, room service only every three days, and you can hear every single step the people above you take. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There was literally hair on the ground and in the sink from the prior people. Did they even clean? The lady who works at the front desk was nice, but that’s all this place has going for it. And even though it’s close to the ocean, you can’t actually see the ocean.

As soon as we walked in our room we saw 3 brown spiders. Good image search said brown recluse spider. The room was supposed to be non-smoking room. Smelled like smoke. Very dirty. Blood stains on lamp shades.

Hotel room was dirty I took. Pics if I could post them here I would rusty shower , stains on bed (thankfully I went out and bought a cover for the bed to sleep on) , Door doesn’t shut right , people staying next room and as up yelling like tweakers until 3:30 am I had to call front desk !! The room we were in was at the back of the property and we could hear all the freeway traffic. The shower was not cleaned properly and still had hair from whoever was there before us. The vent in the shower was broken and made a terrible loud noise.

We stayed for several days in room 305 and found upon arrival only one toilet paper roll. We didn't want to complain so we bought more. Prior to arriving, I called to ask about whether the room had a tub and fridge. I was told the room had both. Tub-it didn't have a working plug to use it. We bought a flat drain cover to make it work for my kiddo. Fridge-it had a freezer on the top as part of the fridge like most small hotel fridges do but the freezer didn't work. I'm not so sure now if that was a freezer on the top. The room next to us was soo close we could hear everything that anyone said. Some positives: the hotel desk staff were very nice. The complimentary breakfast was awesome.

The place was in somewhat bad repair. We had to ask for clean towels and bathroom tissue. We were there for 7 days and the room was not cleaned during that time. The staff was nice and friendly.

Room was dirty. White stains on things, bed was pushed up to the AC blocking the intake, floor wasn’t vacuumed, bathtub dirty, no towels in the room, toilet malfunctioning, shower water was either hot or cold. Couldn’t get it warm. It’s really a 1 star property. I’m not sure how it is even in the country inn portfolio. “Breakfast” was abysmal and very limited.

Majn entry door did not completely seal. Wind and light came though easily. Tv was completely unplugged, both ends of the power cable. Fridge did not keep things cold enough. Hot water did not come out of the shower head, but did out of tub spout. Ice only on 1st floor. Vending machines empty. Price was satisfactory and parking was plenty. Beds were very comfy. Very close to the beach.

Bed pillow had yellow stains, blanket also had stains. Staff didnt offer to change room or do anything about it. Not even an apology. Ended up not staying there. Dont mind staying at an older hotel, but do expect to have a room, specially a bed.

Our first room had crumbs all over the floor, stained sheets, hair in the bed and bathroom, urine by the toilet and the smoke alarm was ripped out of the ceiling. Our second rooms door didn’t need a key so anyone could open it, and wouldn’t lock from the inside and our privacy shade didn’t work. This rooms smoke alarm was also missing with wires hanging out of the ceiling. Our third rooms television didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. The young man told me he’d bring me a new key and never did. He told me he’s fix the tv and never did until I once again had to walk all the way to the lobby. A very nice maintenance man went to the room with the broken door, took the tv down and switched it with our new room. I’m the queen of deals and cheap motels but the shape this place is in is inexcusable.
