“Great location, quiet neighborhood, and it was awesome that we didn’t have to bring a high chair and pak-n-play for my son. Super close to so much too! The house is laid out nicely, on a slab foundation so we didn’t have to tip-toe around after putting the kiddo down, and has a great back deck and yard. We did have 2 small issues that were resolved quickly, thanks to the ease of simply calling the management company and speaking directly with someone. Took little effort on our part! We will……

“This was our first trip to Monterey, house was a nice size for a family of 5. Located about 10 min from the ocean, down the street from a Safeway and within 15 min of the Aquarium, Carmel by the sea, Pebble beach and Laguna Seca racetrack. Updates to the house were nice. Had an issue with black ants in the kitchen, Vacasa sent a team to spray and bring some ant killer. We didn’t let them spray but the baits were placed and did the job. Backyard patio and seating is really nice. Would stay here……

“We had a three-generation multi-family stay and this property was great! Separate “studio”-style stay for the grandparents, and plenty of rooms for the rest! The beds were very comfortable, the property was very clean, and there were extra toys in the kids’ room which was just an added bonus for when they were done playing in the playground backyard. While great for kids it also has nice, updated modern touches for the adults. We cooked several meals for the family in the kitchen too, which was……

It is centrally located and easy walking distance to shopping, downtown, and the ocean. It is also very easy to access the main highway if you need to go to another area.
