“We had a three-generation multi-family stay and this property was great! Separate “studio”-style stay for the grandparents, and plenty of rooms for the rest! The beds were very comfortable, the property was very clean, and there were extra toys in the kids’ room which was just an added bonus for when they were done playing in the playground backyard. “My wife and I spent a little over a month at this very nice, three story condo on Monterey Bay. Our daughter’s family of four, plus a small dog, also joined us for a long weekend. The property is located adjacent to a beautiful, long beach and is also close to the Monterey bike/walking path. It is an easy walk (or short drive) to many restaurants and activities. The sheets on some of the beds were slept in, there were old washed towels in the washer, there was no toilet paper, soap , or any supplies in the bathrooms to get started with, and tons of left over food in the fridge. Not a good beginning to our stay. The management company and cleaning company worked with us and gave us a free cleaning to compensate, but it didn’t set a good tone for the beginning of our stay.
