From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. "自備食材料理方便，有些房間可以看到馬特洪峰，訂房時或許可以問問看，不過就算沒看到，走出門到另一頭的陽台也可以觀賞，有附桌椅可以悠閒的生活。另外，房間窗戶可以看到黑面羊遊行。"

"The hotel was great for its value. The room was very cozy and functional although being small. It was super clean as well and the bathroom was very nice and modern. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Good breakfast and friendly staff. No AC but it wasn’t a problem at all, I asked for a fan when I checked in in the afternoon, but in general it’s ok with the window open. Happy that there’s an elevator too."
