Das Haus befindet sich mitten im engen Ortskern von Cissano und ist behutsam modernisiert, trotzdem finden sich an vielen Stellen noch Blicke auf die alte Bausubstanz. Es ist gut eingerichtet, an vielen Stellen auch mit alten Möbeln, die allerdings hier und da etwas zusammengewürfelt wirken. “I stay here for a conference for 5 days and found it perfectly suited my needs. I had been traveling in Italy for a couple weeks beforehand and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment compared to the price and to some of my other lodgings in central and north Italy. There's nice rooftop lounge area and while there is no air conditioner, the room had a fan and it managed to stay comfortable between that and the windows. Some other reviews have mentioned it being noisy outside but……

“The Check-In was very easy and the owner was so nice. The kitchen was small and simple but had everything we needed. The atmosphere around the apartment was very italian and beautiful.Over all, the stay was perfect. The location is a little bit away from Verbania but it’s very easy to reach with a car or scooter.”

Es war alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

“住在Randa這個小村莊是到馬特洪峰一個很不錯的經驗，是一個只有四百多人的小村莊，非常寧靜，離火車站步行只要三到五分鐘，Randa不像Zermatt那麼商業化，可以讓人感受阿爾卑斯山腳小村莊的景色與生活，房間很不錯，有小孩最喜歡的閣樓，廚房的設備很齊全，客廳及餐廳給人很溫馨的感覺．唯一要注意的是，清潔費150元法郎，如果只住一兩天，可能會覺得較貴，若是住多天一點，分攤起來就會覺得還好．”
