Contesto piacevole e silenzioso, composto di 4 o 5 case con un alto livello di privacy, di profumo di pini e suono di onde.La casa è a 10 minuti d'auto dal centro storico di Sciacca, 6 dal primo minimarket. Ottimo punto per visitare la costa sud: noi abbiamo visto Mazara del Vallo, Selinunte e la Valle dei Templi.Proprietà gentilissima e accogliente!”

“We stayed at Villa Livia for three days and hosted our wedding there. It is beyond amazing, we were in awe of everything. The villa and grounds are 10 times better than the photos show. Every corner of the villa and guest houses are pristine and covered in antique furniture and artwork. The houses and grounds are huge. Our wedding was 20 guests and there was ample space for everyone to stay. The wedding vendors couldn’t believe the space and how perfect it was for a wedding. We had our ceremony……

“We so enjoyed our stay! My husband & I and another couple appreciated the central location and fresh vegetables from the garden, ideal for exploring the countryside just south and west of Palermo. Great “home base” to explore Marsala to the west, Selinunte to the south, Castellamare del Golfo and Vito de Capo to the north, and the nearby towns of Salemi and Calatafimi Segesta. “This charming home is set on a beautiful piece of property overlooking Calatafimi-Segesta. The view is stunning! My daughter and I enjoyed eating fresh eggs with basil and picking oranges and lemons from the trees. Andrea is a very special person. I came here to find my mother and father’s childhood church and area where they grew up and I could not have done it without Andrea. He took time everyday to help my daughter and I find our way to Calatafimi, Camporeale, and he even took us to Traponi……

“Non si può concepire che qualcuno proponga come ricettiva un'abitazione del genere , era sporca , piena di formiche , divani sfarinati , in bagno non c'era né l'antenna della doccia né posto per appendere asciugamani né portaspazzolino , n TV ,no wi di ed un condizionatore piccolo per tutta la casa e nemmeno ben funzionante. Per fortuna lo Sporting club Mazzara Village ci ha sistemati all' interno del villaggio con ogni confort , evidentemente loro erano all' oscuro dello stato dell' immobile……
