I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and while we had a pleasant time overall, there were a few aspects that left us wanting more.
First, the hotel itself is quite nice and has a welcoming atmosphere. However, the rooms did not have blackout curtains, which meant we were woken up by the sunrise at 5:50 AM every day during our five-night stay. This made it challenging to get enough rest, and I would recommend that the hotel consider adding blackout options to improve guests' comfort.
Another area for improvement was the dining experience. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre and rather overpriced. We found that the prices were on par with those of a five-star hotel, yet the quality did not meet our expectations. We were hoping for better culinary options during our stay.
On a positive note, we really enjoyed the tailored tours offered by the hotel. They provided a great way to explore the area and created lasting memories for our family.
Additionally, I must mention the exceptional service we received from their massage therapist, Katy Molina. She was truly outstanding and provided one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced.
In summary, while the hotel has its strengths, it would benefit from addressing the issues with room darkness and dining quality. Thank you for a memorable stay!
