“Stayed overnight in this gem of an apartment on our SW state parks hopping adventure. Walkable to many good restaurants. Close to parks and hiking trails. In the heart of quaint downtown. Easy parking. Super clean. Consistent and timely communication w/owners. We could have been quite comfortable staying for longer. I’d have titled it “Perfection” if a mountain or ocean view was included, and that’s just plain impossible in MN. ”

“Nice, well-kept property. Roomy for our group of 4 adults, 6 kids and 2 dogs. Beautiful outdoor space. Dock with kayaks & canoes for kids. Would have liked more of a beach/swimming area but that was a 40 min drive away. Ideal if you have your own boat to use. Terri, the property manager was wonderful to work with”

“Great place to stay if you want something that feels like a home away from home. Super cozy, cute and updated apartment. Full kitchen, living room area and a great deck to relax on. Walking distance to Main street where you have your pick of shops and restaurant/bars. We were there for a wedding and our first trip to Marshall was a success. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to visit!”
