Charming 3-room apartment with garage and garden in Montgenèvre

Skidor: Apartment located on the ground floor, NON-SMOKING, linens not provided, cleaning not included, comprising:
- One bedroom with a 160 cm bed, an east-facing window, and a wardrobe,
- One bedroom with two single beds without a window,
- A bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine,
- A living room with trundle beds and a television, opening onto the kitchen equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a range hood, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, an electric coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster; all overlooking a south-facing garden.
- Ski locker and garage.
- Each bed is equipped with a pillow and a duvet.
- Pets welcome with a supplement of €35/pet/week.
- Optional services must be reserved at least 15 days prior to your arrival: bed linen, towels, baby equipment, beds made upon arrival, final or mid-rental cleaning, groceries delivered upon arrival, ski equipment, ESF lessons, and discounted ski passes.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning (T3): €130.
- Bed made upon arrival: €75.
- Single bed linen set: €18.
- Double bed linen set: €20.
- Towel set: €90.
- Bath mat: €4.
- Tea towels: €4.
- Early arrival: €35.
