“Very responsive, cute little place”

“Nice and cozy with many activities very close. Best pizza place right across the street. Breakwater and Walden Yacht Club 3 min away. Allen has quickly responded to every inquiry I have had about the property. Very clean and the condo has everything you need to be comfortable away from home. 5 stars all-around!!”

“Everything was perfect. Only downside is upstairs neighbors could be a bit loud at times. Besides that, though, everything about the stay was great. ”

“Had a great stay at this charming apartment. Everything was clean, and well cared for. Very comfortable. I ended up arriving late at night and had a little confusion as for location as mailboxes are not in front of the homes. Only thing that could be improved is a picture of the exterior of the home to help locate (Although Google maps had the Address perfect, waze did not)”

“Yo much cobwebs outside doors and front door. Trash under tue bed and outside the trash can in the kitchen. ”

“We enjoyed the condo. The home was very clean and had plenty of stocked items. If you prefer to bring your own coffee, bring grounds not pods. Plenty of parking, which is often hard at condos. Wish we had time to use more of the amenities. Great communication. Seem like great independent owners. We recommend. ”
