“Luigi went above and beyond in providing suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area. He was also helpful when we were have trouble calling our car rental….always willing to help out and answer questions. The home is very clean and has the old Italian rustic charm. The beds were comfortable. There is no AC but fans are provided for every room. There were beautiful sunsets every night by the pool. The views of the rolling Tuscan hills were spectacular. “This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area. Cars are restricted from the area around the apartment without a permit. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! It was just wonderful, and Luigi was a fantastic host! The views from every part of the villa are amazing! It was so fun to see all of the sheep each morning and watch the sunset in the evenings. We were fortunate enough to be in town for the olive festival in Montisi, the quaint little village just a few miles away. We had a blast! The recommended chef who cooked for us at the villa, Giancarlo from the Tuscan Chef, was incredible! What a fantastic……

“The location of this home is perfect. Far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to go to the grocery store and into Montepulciano. Frank and Silva, the owners were a delight. They didn't speak much english, but we laughed every morning with them. Frank makes his own wine from the on property vineyard and Silva makes handbags and jams. Frank wine is as good as any other in Italy. And so much less money!!! Their home and grounds are beautiful. We were three couples and had plenty……

“Plenty of bedrooms for our group and the house and property was perfect for the 3 young kids to be outside. The weather was a little cool but sunny. The property team was helpful with organizing wine tastings & olive oil tasting. Pizza and pasta making was right on the premise The day trip to Montepulciano included a lunch, wine tasting and transportation that was all planned for us. The kids got to see Santa in the Christmas Village which was their highlight of the day. I would recommend……
