“The Good: great location, amazing pool, and good unit layout. The Bad: Very soft beds that we did not enjoy. Kitchen is very minimally stock. Limited pots and pans. No extras like spices or other nice to haves. So make sure to bring all your own kitchen stuff if you plan to cook. ”

“This is a very nice place and space, particularly for 2 couples. It is right off the main street, so everything in downtown Moab is within walking distance. Yet, this is on a quiet side street tucked away from the tourist crowds.The kitchen was devoid of basic cooking supplies (oil, sugar, flour, etc.) or spices (except for salt and pepper), so plan accordingly.”

“It was a nice stay and relatively close to many outdoor activities. The main issue I had with the property was that there was no dresser in our room. We had to live out of our suitcases. It's a pretty good property, if you enjoy living out of your suitcase.”

“The inside was very clean! The outside patios need work and also cleaning up. We swept it and turned the mat over and cut the strings hanging off of it. The windows should be washed. It was great having a washer and drier. The location was convenient. The garage was a nice benefit. And it was nice and quiet!!”
