“We spent our Christmas here .. the hosts did a such a sweet job of decorating for the holiday that we felt just like we were home ourselves. We gathered with my local family and the location was perfect for meeting with everyone .. smores by the campfire was a fun activity for all of us. Lots of space to spread out yet cozy to spend time together. Sitting on the deck watching the sunset was my favorite part of the day there. We definitely plan to come back in warmer weather to enjoy more of……

“We had a wonderful stay at Island Sunset. We came from my sons engagement party at the Sailing Club The host Debra and her husband were wonderful , thorough and very accompanying The property was immaculate and beautiful. We plan on staying there again when visit Lake Murray. ”

“Our quick weekend for a family wedding was complete with swimming, boating, and paddle boarding from the dock at this house. So quiet and lovely. Easy to make a few simple meals for our family and down the road from our wedding venue. We got to drive the boat to the wedding and enjoyed a meal at a restaurant on the lake. Would love to come back- only negative is all the fees from this platform plus the managing company on top of it. Almost makes it unaffordable and not what the nightly rate is……

“This is the second year my husband and I have rented this home to host Christmas Eve and Christmas dinners for my local family. It is a fantastic space for lots of people! A large, gorgeous kitchen with lots of cookware and tableware. A dining area open to the family room makes for easy interaction and enjoyment with more eating space on the deck. Comfortable beds, great living space, gorgeous views - an amazing place for a gathering of family and friends!”

“This is a wonderful location with lots of room and activities. We stayed here as a family with an age range from 1-65 and everyone enjoyed themselves. The host was very responsive and we had no issues during our stay. 10/10 would book again”

“Our stay was truly the most relaxing time we’ve had in a long while. The accommodations were exceptional and the host went above and beyond for us. It was my fiancés birthday weekend and they threw in happy birthday balloons for no additional charge. Kept us stocked with fire wood. They even alllowed us to stay a bit longer on check out day for last minute fishing! I would definitely love to stay again and again. Also, the property is just stunningly beautiful!
