“This is a lovely and well maintained home with absolutely beautiful grounds and an incredible outdoor kitchen. It was well-appointed with everything we needed. The pictures do not adequately convey how beautiful it is. The host was very accommodating and allowed some of the other members of our family staying in another house to fish the dock and to gather for an outdoor family meal. “We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in Chapin without the need to……

“We chose to stay close to home this year so we could take our senior pets on vacation with us. We found the perfect place in The Waterfront Cottage. It has a large fenced in yard overlooking the lake with beautiful views. The house was very cozy and beds were really comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! Relaxed and quiet it was still only a few minutes into town for food and/or supplies. And Candice was readily available if needed. I would give it 10 stars if I could! ”
