Forêt urbaine - Jolie T3 avec terrasse
Cocoonr∕Book&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned apartment for rent in Montluçon. It has a surface area of 55 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is located on the ground floor of a small building. Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 13 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV (with TNT channels)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: air conditioning, electric barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 10m² south-facing private terrace with 2 armchairs, 1 two-seater sofa, and 1 coffee table to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Montluçon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Visit the old town of Montluçon and its medieval streets around the castle of the Dukes of Bourbon.
- Cycle along the Berry Canal on a peaceful greenway dotted with locks and bridges.
- Stroll through the Tronçais Forest, one of the most beautiful oak forests in Europe, ideal for hiking.
- Relax at the thermal baths of Néris-les-Bains, renowned for their rheumatology and wellness treatments.
- Visit the beautiful town of Vichy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its thermal springs.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the accommodation in a limited-time parking lot, or take advantage of free parking nearby, a 2-minute walk away.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Montluçon train station, a 5-minute drive away
- Nearest airport: Clermont-Ferrand-Auvergne Airport, 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car
