“Our host Guiseppe was attentive and engaging. Although we didn’t access the pool, we accessed the area and as every pool area with foliage and droppings would have benefitted from a twice daily cleaning. The weather in late September was magnificent. The area is green and very hilly, but so Italian with its green abundance of foods and wines.We loved the older traditional furnishings, clean sheets, towels and hot water. “The Villa presents even better than in the photos and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Each bedroom we accessed had an ensuite bathroom which just added to the luxe feel. My mature parents could have the one bedroom downstairs which was perfect, all other bedrooms are located upstairs. Worth mentioning the outdoor sun lounges have also been replaced (since the photos) and adds further to the resort feel. Would highly recommend! ”

“We had a fabulous week - we were 9 adults. Location was great - 5 minute drive up the hill to Cortona and 5 minute drive to grocery store and train station in Camucia. The property is spacious the garden is great. Note that 3 bedrooms are in an attached annex and 5 bedrooms in the main house. We had lovely dinners in the kitchen dining room every night.
