The villa was perfect for multiple couples / families as there were clusters of rooms with a common area located throughout the two story villa which allowed for privacy. “We staid at Poggio ai Lupi with our family to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Allthough the weather wasn't the weather you generally expect in Toscany, we had the time of our lives. The accommodation and the surrounding are phenomenal just like the hospitality of our host Claudia. We enjoyed the house, the visits to the beautiful cities in the area, cycling/mountainbiking and catching the 9 donkeys who escaped and bring them back to their meadow. “Die Wohnung ist typisch toskanisch eingerichtet. Sämtliche Fotos sind ziemlich genau getroffen. Die Lage der Wohnung auf dem Gelände nahezu perfekt. Direkt am Pool - durch die tiefere Lage des Pools dennoch sehr ruhig. Man hat von der Terrasse und der Küche einen wunderbaren Blick über Lucca. Das Gelände an sich ist durch die Lage am Berg aber nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Was unserem 10-tägigen Aufenthalt dort aber überhaupt keinen Abbruch tat. Leider ist nicht ganz klar, inwieweit spielende……

“The property is lovely. Also bear in mind that there are about 30 steps to get into the apartment.Even more important is that the owner of the property could not have been more helpful. He explained everything to us clearly and at the end offered to drive us to the train station. He’s an incredibly helpful man. My only criticism is that it’s a step below luxury but it was perfectly fine for us. I would definitely stay here again. ”
