This newly renovated private guest house features a Queen bed, full kitchen, gas fireplace, hotel amenities, rear deck, high speed Wi-Fi internet and Smart TV. The cottage includes a queen bed, a full bathroom, a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses and utensils, a small dining area that seats 2, a living space with a full sofa, arm chair, gas fireplace, and a Roku TV with guest mode where you can easily and temporarily sign-in to all of your personal streaming services. There is a designated work space with a desk and chair. If you have a small child we do have a pack and play available in the closet at all times. Enjoy a mountain view from the deck and feel free to enjoy the back yard.

Heat and AC is controlled via a thermostat in the unit.

A drip coffee maker is available along with complimentary packets of coffee grounds, tea bags, creamers and sugar.

All bed sheets are 100% cotton. Room darkening and privacy sheer curtains throughout the unit. Bedside lamps feature USB charging ports.

Towels are provided for guests. Liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the bathroom as well as rolls of toilet paper. Liquid dish soap, a new sponge, and a paper towels are available in the kitchen.
