As far as capsule hotels, this one is definitely up there in great experiences! The staff were super welcoming and helpful, the public areas have really cool style, and the capsules themselves were super comfy and cute! A small and large storage locker was included which was a freaking god send. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and interesting place to stay!

Great for the price, the double bed pod was spacious and was comfortable. There luggage storage lockers fit our large suitcase with no issues. The staff were very nice and accomodating!

Everything was great except not many living room space, 20$ for a towel is ridiculous wheb you're paying 70$ for a box with a bed. The actual capsule is cozy, clean and lovely overall however even when you close the AC there's wind that passes through and its right next to your ears so i woke up stuffy and ear ache

Première expérience en capsule, contente de l’avoir essayé, mais ce n’est pas pour moi. C’était très bruyant pendant la nuit malgré la consigne de silence. Des gens qui parlent, on entend les sèches-mains à chaque fois que quelqu’un s’en sert. Il fait vraiment noir dans la pièce des capsules. Pendant la nuit 2 personnes sont tombés par terre, l’une de sa capsule au 2 eme étage et l’autre a manqué une marche! J’ai été réveillée souvent! L’hôtel est bien situé, personnel impeccable, facile à trouver. Les capsules sont bien équipée, port USB, lumières intégrées, téléviseurs et miroirs. Il y a bcp de points positifs, mais ce n’était pas fait pour moi.

Parfait pour quelques nuits. Tres bien situé au coeur de la ville (quartier des arts et Chinatown) et proche metro St Laurent. Les jeunes a l'accueil sont adorables et offrent un bon service. Pour le reste faut avoir une bonne tolérance au bruit (moteur de la ventilation, portes qui claquent, et des gens qui ne sont pas toujours bien respectueux dans la zone de dortoir). Pour le dortoir faut aimer les matelas durs (1.5 pouces d'épais). La propreté est correcte dans le dortoir mais dans les zones douches et toilettes c'est vraiment pas ça. Encore là les gens qui ne nettoient pas derriere eux et/ou qui rentrent avec les chaussures d'extérieur alors qu'on te propose des sandales à l'accueil... Pour le prix ça reste un bon deal.

Love the idea of this hostel but need some refinements. There is a tiny fan hidden in the sideboard for ventilation but far too insufficient and when it is on there are bright lights on the buttons making it difficult to sleep. I was not told I needed to pay a deposit to get a towel so that was inconvenient when I discovered there were no towels in washroom. There is insufficient drainage and ventilation in showers so already mold developing. More led light strips are required along the floor where there are unseen steps. Again, great concept just needs work.

Capsules were so cold during the night. No place for change rooms, the showers and washrooms were almost clean, but on floor -1, with so much humidity and a bit of smell.
