We stayed 3 nights for vacation. Umm, no briefing when we check-in, the staff expected we should read the card for like breakfast time. Next day, we went out at early morning and went back before 3pm, our room did not clean. Front desk explained to us that housekeeping service from 9am-5pm. Well, we just got some towels. The day after, we went out before 11am and backed to hotel after 6pm, OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED YET!!! We went to front desk however the staff said we put a DND sign, huh?!!! Do you mean before 11am? The staff said can only arrange for trash and change towels coz housekeep staff was off, the staff recommended we stay in the room. As we prefer not there so he said it will only take 15 mins. Unfortunately, after 40 mins, OUR ROOM WAS STILLING NOT CLEANED YET!!! so we went to the front desk again, the staff apologize and said will arrange someone to do it now. We waited at the lobby for the cleaning. After 20 mins later, I can't see the staff we approached before, so we can only talked to another one The staff didn't feel sorry, just said he couldn't find any record of our issue in the system. When I tried to tell him the story he said "you are first time tell me about it" What?!!! What's the conversation here??? It's talking about we waited for over an hour for a general house keeping service. It's really disappointed and made me angry during stay.
