At the beginning everything was going really well. We were really impress with the facility. It looked really good, the gym was really good, the pool was also really good and the front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. But unfortunately the last day was when I really changed the impression I had about the hotel. We left the room at around 10 in the morning and we spent the whole day on a tour. We came back to the hotel at around 5 and we found that the housekeeping was not done at all. I went to the lobby and I spoke to a front desk person. He called housekeeping and he was told that they came to clean the room at 9:15 and I had a sign on the door, which was a lie because we never use the sign. The person on the other side then said it was at 10 and the sign was there. That was the second time that person lied to me. The front desk guy then told me that they were going to clean my room inmediately. Me and my wife went to the bar to let them do their work. After 2 hours, we went back to the room just to find it in the same condition. I went back to the lobby and I spoke to the same person again and he called housekeeping and he was told that there was no housekeeping personnel available and I had to wait till next day, which to me is unaceptable. I requested to talk to a manager and I was told there was no manager on that shift and again, that I had to wait till next day. I went back to the room and I called Hilton headquarter and I complained about this situation.
