Gd value for money

Spacious room, comes with a kitchenette, comfy bed, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast can be improved though. Hot dishes like fried or scrambled eggs can be added.

Location is perfect and area is great to get to all the attractions. Room clean and spacious the only problem the air conditioners made a nosy that was loud in room 505. Front reception was very pleasant and room was ready before check in which was great since we had a long trip.

The property located adjacent to the downtown Montreal, very lively streets through the day and night. lots of restaurants, bars and shopping, thoroughly enjoyed staying the hotel. Staffs are very polite, courteous and rooms are very very clean.

Pros: convenient location; walkable; very large, spacious room Cons: mouse came into our room, was offered a different room at no charge but the mood & memory of our stay was tainted. If 1 mouse is found, that means there are at least 9 more somewhere. Conclusion: Although the location was convenient and walking distance from main train terminal, cleanliness & rodent problem ruined our stay. Do not recommend.

We had planned to stay here three nights , but when we realized the condition of the property and called Expedia, they assisted us with canceling the other two nights, and we moved to a different hotel . Thank God! This place is like an old, worn-out 1980s style apartment . The beds and linens were uncomfortable and the rooms dark. Some of the provided pictures are that show an illuminated hotel entrance are very misleading . The reality is closer to the hotel in the Shining - dark hallways . We were a party of 6 and took the largest suite available on Expedia the Family Suite. It had one bathroom for all six of us. We immediately went to the desk to inquire if there were any rooms with two bathrooms as the reviews had indicated. We were told it was available in the Execute Suites for an up charge and the suite wasn’t available on Expedia for some reason. How much more for this suite? (Expedia made me remove but it wasn’t much.) Fantastic. Please move us. Sorry, you already entered the other room was their response. Two nights of pampering at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth later for (Expedia made me remove but it wasn’t too much more) per night, we were very happy!

Loved this hotel so much! The room itself is very, very big (got a studio). We don't cook much but having a kitchen to reheat food is always great. The staff is very friendly - from the front desk, valet to the cleaning lady. Love the Vietnamese cleaning lady who came in our 10th floor room. Location is fantastic. Right in the middle of downtown, with lots of shopping and dining places. The pool at the 11th floor and the gym and the outside patio looks amazing especially at night to get a wonderful view of Montreal downtown. But the best part is the valet service. We have a minivan, and we first tried to park at an $8 parking space. Too tight, and it took us 30 minutes trying to park the minivan which we barely did but decided this is too awful and getting out of that space was so hard. So we did the valet parking and it was HEAVEN!. Yes, it is way more expensive, but not having that 30 minutes to try to park or get out of an underground parking is well worth every penny. This is now my go-to hotel when I am in Montreal. You pay a little more but the experience is just well worth it.
